Demetria ‘Dee’ Dandridge, BSN, RN, is the founder of Elite Heart Care. With approximately 30 years of healthcare experience and more than 16 years as a registered nurse, Dee brings extensive experience in patient education, care navigation, and heart failure support.

Through her work with heart failure patients, Dee saw how easily people can leave a hospital stay or medical appointment with unanswered questions — or find themselves at home trying to make sense of symptoms, medications, nutrition recommendations follow-up care, and what to do next.

Elite Heart Care was created to provide something that can be difficult to find in traditional healthcare: time, education, guidance, and personalized support. The goal is to help people living with heart failure feel informed, prepared, and more confident as they navigate their care.
